Savanna Ross

Savanna was born in Rochester, NY. She began dancing at the age of two at her mom’s dance studio in Brockport, NY. Savanna started her ballet training with the Draper Center for Dance Education when she was seven until she graduated in June, 2020. While at Draper, she performed with the Rochester City Ballet in The Nutcracker, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty. She has performed for Draper Center in Jamey Leverett’s Little Red Riding Hood ballet, Jason Parson’s Aching Grace, and the “Oak Hill Spring Fashion” show. She has traveled to Trujillo, Peru to perform in the International Ballet Festival. She has attended Orlando Ballet School Summer Intensive 2018, New York State Summer School of the Arts Summer Intensive 2019, and Draper Center Summer Intensive throughout the remainder of her summers when not at other intensives. Savanna is very excited to be an apprentice with the Rochester City Ballet for the 2020-2021 season!
