Fawn Doran

Fawn Doran received her training at Draper Center for Dance Education, the official school of the Rochester City Ballet. While dancing at Draper she had several opportunities to dance with RCB in their productions of The Nutcracker and Cinderella. She danced roles such as Snow Corps, Spanish Corps, Waltz of the Flowers and lead Arabian princess. In Cinderella she was a Ball Guest as well as a Midnight Fairy.

In 2006 Ms. Doran joined the faculty at Draper Center and has been teaching jazz and ballet for the Children’s and Student divisions. Along with teaching classes she also choreographs for the students chosen to represent Draper Center at regional and national dance competitions. Many of her routines have been nominated for choreography and high score awards.

In 2018 Ms. Doran received her certification in Progressing Ballet Technique. She was trained and assessed to teach PBT technique in the Junior, Senior and Advanced programs.

Ms. Doran is honored to teach at such a highly respectable dance school and is thrilled that she can share her love for dance with her students.
