Michelle Madore is the 2002 World Champion in Professional Exhibition Ballroom Dance, winning this title at the Dutch Open in Assen, Holland. As a professional competitor, she won other National and International Competitions including The Heritage Classic, Dancesport Montreal, Chicago’s Crystal Ball, The New Jersey Open, Florida State Dancesport Championships, and many more. She was also a Blackpool Dance Festival finalist, a finalist for 2 consecutive years in the National Theater Arts Competition in Miami, FL where American Smooth Technique and Adagio lift-work are combined, and the winner of the Challenge of the Continents in 2003. 

While a professional Michelle trained with top ballroom coaches in the world including Rufus Dustin, Pierre Dulaine, Michael Chapman, Jean Marc Genereaux, Marianne Nicole, and Eddie Simon. She is the 1997 New York Dance Olympics Best Choreography Winner and has received grant awards to produce her work.
