Here at Draper Center for Dance Education we are always excited to have so many of our Alumni come back and visit. We are even more excited that so many have decided to enroll their children for classes here at The Draper Center. Over the next few months we will be featuring some of these Alumni and why they have returned to The Draper Center with their aspiring dancer.

I am thrilled that my daughter, GraceAnn has the wonderful opportunity to dance at Draper Center. Being a Draper Alumni, I know that she is getting the best training with wonderful teachers who are truly passionate about the art. We are excited to move to JCC, where she will also have access to a top notch training facility. I have made so many connections and lasting memories through Draper. I am excited my daughter is able to do the same!

From the day I had Violet I knew I would sign my little girl up to take Ballet class. Having grown up a “Draper girl”, I knew there was nowhere else I would take her! My training at Draper helped to form me into the person I am today. Instilling discipline, attention to detail and respect that I have taken into my day to day life. It also gifted me with a love for all types of art forms not just ballet. Violet’s genuine joy for dance class is contagious and I find myself endlessly impressed by her progress every week. She is learning so much and she can’t wait to be in her first Nutcracker! I am so excited to feel what it’s like to sit in the audience and watch my daughter perform, just like how my parents supported me with my artistic dreams when I was a young girl! I can’t wait to see her grow into the beautiful ballerina I know she will be one day!
