We are SO excited to welcome Suzi Taylor to Draper Center for the very first time! 💫 Suzi is a nationally celebrated Master Teacher & NYCDA Faculty member, inspiring dancers across the country with her artistry and passion.

This is an incredible opportunity for our Level 5 and PTP dancers to train with one of today’s most sought-after educators. From ballet to contemporary movement, Suzi brings unmatched energy, precision, and creativity into the studio. 🌟

🌟 Faculty Spotlight 🌟
Meet Jillian Peschken, Ballet & Dance Instructor at Draper Center!

Jillian’s journey in dance began right here at Draper Center, where she trained before performing as a company member with Rochester City Ballet. Her career has taken her across the country from Ballet Austin to San Diego Ballet, and even to the Joffrey Ballet School in NYC, where she served as Adult Program Director and Assistant Director for Children & Youth Programs.
With extensive experience as both a performer and educator, Jillian has danced iconic roles in Cinderella, The Nutcracker, Serenade, Beauty & the Beast, and more. She has also shared her artistry as a teacher, ballet mistress, and director, inspiring dancers of all ages.
In 2016, Jillian returned home to Rochester, bringing her knowledge, artistry, and passion back to Draper’s studios. We are proud to have her on our faculty, where she continues to guide the next generation of dancers with dedication and love for classical ballet. 💙

✨ Faculty Spotlight ✨
Meet Bailey Fantauzzo, Ballet & Dance Instructor at Draper Center!

Bailey began her journey right here at Draper Center, training under Jamey Leverett before going on to study at the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music. She has danced professionally with Nashville Ballet, appeared in productions such as Giselle, Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Carmina Burana, and toured nationally with Common Thread Contemporary Dance. Her career has also taken her to Hawaii, Virginia, and beyond teaching, choreographing, and directing full-length ballets like The Nutcracker, Snow White, The Little Mermaid, Alice in Wonderland, and The Snow Queen. Now back in Rochester, Bailey brings her passion and expertise to the next generation of Draper dancers. She also manages Draper’s Ballet Jump-Start! program expanding access to the arts through free creative movement classes and community engagement.

We are so proud to have Bailey on our faculty! 💙
