Draper Center receives $30,000 from the Farash Charitable Foundation!!!

The Timothy M. Draper Center for Dance Education is excited to announce that it has been awarded a $30,000 Flexible Funds for Operating Grant from The Max and Marian Farash Charitable Foundation for its World Class Dance Education for All Initiative and the Ballet Jump-Start! Programming.

“We are so grateful to receive this generous support from The Farash Charitable Foundation. With this support, we are able to give many who would never be exposed to an arts education, an introduction into this world and the many opportunities and benefits a dance education can provide”, states artistic director, Jamey Leverett. “We sincerely believe that by diversifying the art form at its training level, we will continue to grow the diversity among future artists and help ensure ballet’s continued relevance in the 21st century”.
