Here at Draper Center for Dance Education, we are always excited to have so many of our Alumni come back and visit. We are even more excited that so many have decided to enroll their children for classes here at The Draper Center. As a continuation of our previous post, here are some more featured Alumni, and why they have returned to The Draper Center with their aspiring dancer.

For more than half my life, I have been involved with The Draper Center for Dance Education. I am so grateful that both of my children have the opportunity to study and thrive in this amazing art form. Thank you to all of the talented teachers, some of whom were mine, who are not only teaching my children proper technique and artistry, but also respect and responsibility for themselves, which I know will carry into their adulthood.

When your daughter says that she, “wants to dance like mommy did”…it was important for me to have her learn the correct fundamentals allowing for her to advance both technically and artistically. Dance is such a beautiful language and I knew exactly where she needed to be. I will always be thankful for my “dance family” and for the life lessons and opportunities that they provided for me. I wouldn’t be who I am today if it wasn’t for those special teachers who believed in me and who always pushed for me to work harder. I am excited to be in this journey with her (just on the other side this time).
