Draper Gives Back To The Community

Draper Performs At Woodcrest Commons

The Draper Center is always thrilled to go out into the community and share the joy and inspiration that dance brings. We had the privlege to go to Woodcrest Nursing Home and perform for their lovely residents and staff.

Our dancers got together over their Febraury break to bring this performance to the Woodcrest Community. For them, it was a great way to not only practice their works, but also an amazing experience to be a part of.

It is not easy for these residents to travel to the theater for performances, so we decided to bring the dancing to them. The dancers performed their Contemporary solos, Classical Ballet Variations, and a trio for the residents. Draper could not have asked for a better audience from the Woodcrest Nursing Home. We adored bringing the love and joy of the theater to them. This is a joyous memory that the Draper students and Woodcrest residents will never forget.
